Overview

We’re hiring Seasonal Customer Support Agents to support high-volume operations during peak periods. This role is focused on delivering efficient, accurate support across multiple channels while maintaining strong productivity throughout your shift.

This is a fast-paced environment where consistency and attention to detail matter. You’ll be expected to stay active, manage multiple conversations, and follow established processes without constant oversight.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a high-volume environment
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail
  • Stay active and engaged throughout your shift, managing multiple interactions at once
  • Follow all processes, compliance guidelines, and system workflows
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, especially in time-sensitive situations
  • Escalate issues when necessary

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to multitask across systems and communication channels
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Reliable attendance and consistent performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous call center or customer support experience preferred
