Overview:

The Senior Director of Transformation leads data-driven initiatives that improve margin, productivity, and operational performance across the company. This role translates insights into action—owning delivery of measurable outcomes through disciplined execution, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Transformation • Lead the design and execution of multi-year transformation initiatives aligned to corporate strategy and business objectives. • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve margin, productivity, asset utilization, and customer experience. • Develop clear business cases, success metrics, and ROI tracking for all transformation initiatives. • Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership on organizational effectiveness, operating models, and growth enablement. Financial & Commercial Impact • Collaborate with Finance to improve cost visibility, labor productivity, pricing discipline, and margin performance. • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to improve pricing strategies, billed labor rates, and contract structures. • Support forecasting accuracy, revenue leakage prevention, and post-project financial reviews. Change Management & Leadership • Lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority to deliver complex change initiatives. • Develop and execute change management and communication plans to drive adoption and sustain results. • Build transformation capabilities within the organization by coaching leaders and developing internal talent. • Foster a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. Data, Technology & Enablement • Partner with IT and Digital teams to leverage data, analytics, and systems to support operational and commercial transformation. • Support implementation and adoption of tools related to ERP, project management, workforce management, and reporting. • Ensure technology investments deliver tangible business value.
