Business Development Representative

Simpli.fi provides marketing technologies and solutions for advertisers and agencies of all sizes. As a Business Development Representative, you will drive qualified new business opportunities for senior sales directors, contributing to the growth of the company's programmatic platform while setting the stage for your own career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to agency and brand-direct marketing executives through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule and confirm high-quality meetings
  • Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for senior sales directors to pursue
  • Collaborate with senior sales directors to strategize and optimize outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects, and outcomes in CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Stay informed about industry trends to effectively communicate Simpli.fi’s value proposition
  • Generate 15 completed qualified meetings per month with unique prospect organizations or contacts (post-training and ramp-up)
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth by creating high-value opportunities for Simpli.fi’s senior sales directors

Skills

  • 1-2 years in Sales, with a strong interest and passion for a career in Sales
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on learning and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and outreach tools
  • Preferred background in programmatic advertising, digital advertising, ad agencies, or brand marketing teams
  • Bonus experience in sales or customer-facing roles within advertising or media
