Job title: Quality Analyst II (Hybrid and Remote Eligible) Company: Sierra Nevada Corporation Job description: Are you looking for an opportunity to deepen your quality analysis skills in a meaningful work environment that supports and protects explorers and heroes? Join our team! As a Quality Analyst II, you'll develop and implement processes and procedures meant to improve quality throughout the organization. You'll perform inspections of finished or in-process goods, analyze data, and identify trends in defects or errors, as well as investigate quality failures and recommend changes to internal procedures to prevent future quality issues. Your responsibilities will include basic assessment and reporting on the impact of process changes on quality, and for monitoring vendors or suppliers for compliance with established or contracted quality standards. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.   • Manage Supplier Information Management tasks within Enterprise Approved Supplier List (ASL)
  • Manage KPIs for Supplier Quality
  • Develop and manage dashboards using Power BI
  • Review Supplier Quality documentation received from Supplier for accuracy and compliance to SNC quality requirements.
  • Maintain Supplier's Quality Information within the SNC's Source to Pay system, and coordinate with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Manage updates to Supplier Quality procedures and coordinate training with cross functional teams as needed.
  • Maintain Supplier Quality Sharepoint site
Must-haves:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma
Preferred:
  • Excellent communication skills with experience sharing reports and coordinating cross functional teams
  • Business process at enterprise level
  • Prior experience with creating and managing dashboards
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Mini Tab, PowerBI, SQL
  • Understanding of Nonconformance, Root Cause analysis and Corrective actions
  • Green Belt Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience supporting audits and quality management system processes
