Remote Senior Campaign Retention Manager

- Manage all retention-stage lifecycle campaigns and communications
- Operationalise retention strategies defined by Growth and CRM leadership
- Create, build, deploy, and optimise CRM journeys across multiple communication channels
- Identify growth opportunities and implement lifecycle interventions
- Maintain complex audience segmentation frameworks
- Monitor retention performance and report against defined KPIs
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and retention
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, KYC, and financial regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders for consistent and compliant execution
- Maintain governance documentation for campaigns and compliance processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in lifecycle or retention campaign management
- Good understanding of marketing automation and segmentation logic
- Strong familiarity with customer lifecycle management and retention strategy
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Advanced segmentation and audience management experience
- Analytical skills using CRM and app analytics
- High attention to detail in compliance and campaign execution
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
