Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a New Business Account Representative. The representative will, initially, focus on day-to-day outbound prospecting calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach, develop the leads with the help of sales management, and engage in all aspects of the customer sale, including on-site.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
- Proficiency in lead generation to identify and pursue business opportunities
- Customer service abilities to nurture client relationships and ensure positive experiences
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- 2 years experience in healthcare or telehealth industries is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
