The Role
As a temporary Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You'll be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming calls, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the correct protocols
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Skills and Qualifications
* 1+ year of high-volume Contact Center experience (preferably in a customer service environment)
- CRM experience (preferably in a customer service environment)
- Strong phone contact handling skills with call control and active listening
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Flawless attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center environment
- Chat and Email support experience in a customer service environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Experience working in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction

Schedule
