You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement visual concepts that drive sales and engagement. Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and style photography and video sets that showcase our products and brand story Develop and implement visual concepts that drive sales and engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and creative teams Manage and maintain a large inventory of props, materials, and equipment Review and edit final designs to ensure project objectives have been met and are consistent with brand guidelines Work independently and as part of a remote team to meet project deadlines and goals Requirements and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as fashion, styling, or design Portfolio that showcases your styling and design work, including 6-8 examples of your best work Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of current fashion and lifestyle trends Experience with social media and online content creation Ability to travel to our corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK, as needed Skills and Competencies Creativity and innovation Attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Hobby Lobby, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
