Responsibilities
As a part-time remote chat specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat
* Providing accurate information about the products and services via online chat
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask is preferred, gaming experience is helpful
