Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from store partners, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Documenting customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
  • Conducting basic research to resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
