[Remote] New Business Associate - Inbound

Plaid is a company dedicated to unlocking financial freedom for everyone and is seeking a New Business Associate to manage inbound leads. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers, helping them integrate with Plaid's products and working closely with various teams to drive revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and own outreach to new companies, serving as the primary point of contact for new customers
- Help new developers get started with Plaid and answer questions about our products
- Identify the most promising developers and verticals to help us grow
- Work with our product and engineering teams to integrate customer and product feedback
- Collaborate closely with growth marketing to provide feedback and strategize on new content campaigns

- Interest in financial services and technical products, a desire to get more technical and the ability to learn the ins and outs of Plaid's APIs
