[Remote] Client Service Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Manulife is a leading international financial services provider, and they are seeking dynamic candidates for the Premier Case Co-Ordinator team within Relationship Management. The role involves providing outstanding customer service for individual Manulife Investment products, handling inquiries, and resolving queries to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handling of inquiries by phone and/or Email from financial advisors regarding our contracts, Products and procedures
- Providing an outstanding customer experience, accurately and professionally
- Provide comprehensive information to callers, resolving most queries on the first call by researching information on resource systems
Skills
- Knowledge of Manulife Investments Segregated Funds product is a requirement
- Previous Customer Service experience
