Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering data with speed and accuracy as needed to meet quantity and quality requirements
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Accomplishing department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Working under minimal supervision and adapting quickly to a fast-paced environment
- Meeting daily deadlines and managing large caseloads with tight deadlines
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Availability: Must be available to work 10:00am to 2:00pm Eastern Time for training
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge required in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong PC and Technical Skills: Strong PC and technical skills required
- Work Ethic and Flexibility: Strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience: Minimum six months to one year item data entry or related experience
- Background Check: Candidates must pass drug screening and background checks
- Ability to Work Under Stress: The ability to work under stressful situations
- Prioritization: The ability to establish priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
- Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry, preferably in a fast-paced environment
