Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Key Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Proven customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in basic computer applications and internet navigation
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Education & Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not mandatory
