Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge – Remote Chat Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our valued clients, providing them with a seamless and personalized experience that exceeds their expectations. You'll be the face of arenaflex in our Centurion Parlor, located in the IAH Airport, and will be expected to embody the brand's values and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and engage with clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor, providing them with a warm and personalized experience

  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing arenaflex and its values in all interactions with clients
  • Utilize your expertise to provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our valued clients, tailoring our products and services to meet their unique needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to exceed their expectations
  • Provide travel counsel and make reservations on behalf of our clients, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional support to our clients at all times

Requirements

* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting

  • Experience in a carrier, parlor, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience
  • Proven ability to adjust to client needs and preferences, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to exceed their expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web-based applications and ability to navigate multiple technology platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific work tasks
