Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Sales Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to sales-related questions from customers, such as financing options, product recommendations, and discounts
  • Working independently from home and collaborating with management and co-workers in a remote setting to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality, ensuring customer satisfaction on every call, and providing product solutions that meet customers' needs
  • Navigating multiple applications and researching solutions with ease to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years or older
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Have at least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales role
  • Have high-speed internet access meeting the required speeds (download ≥10, upload ≥3, Ping ms
  • Have strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
  • Have a dedicated workspace that can only be accessed by you during work hours
  • Be able to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment
  • Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Be courteous and friendly with a high degree of professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Contact Center and/or work-from-home experience
