Job Description
The Enterprise Project/Program Management Analyst is an entry-level position designed for upcoming graduates who are eager to launch their careers in project and program management. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting low-complexity projects under the guidance and mentorship of experienced project managers. You’ll learn how to plan, coordinate, and deliver business results while building the foundation for a long-term career in project and program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of project or program success factors
- Gain an understanding of business objectives and help translate them into project outcomes
- Assist in planning and implementing two or more aspects of projects or programs
- Help identify and escalate project risks/issues, and contribute to mitigation strategies
- Provide transparent project status updates
- Engage with stakeholders to build collaboration and alignment
- Coordinate, document, and communicate project requirements
- Act as an advocate for the project team within the organization Education
- Bachelor’s degree in progress, with expected graduation in December 2025 or Spring 2026 Experience
- Previous internship, co-op, or project team experience in a professional or academic setting preferred, but not required
- No prior full-time professional experience required Supervisory Responsibilities
