What You'll Do:
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues
- Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers with exceptional service and support
- Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions and support to our customers
What You'll Need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and think critically to provide solutions
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
