Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate their healthcare plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to improve their healthcare experience. With your exceptional communication skills and passion for delivering heart-driven support, you'll make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide solutions to customer concerns, including medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and other plan-related issues
  • Utilize your knowledge and expertise to educate customers on their healthcare plans and options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information

Requirements

* 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Partners degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to issue solutions in a positive and helpful way
  • Open to connecting with customers in a patient and supportive manner
  • Unwavering commitment to quality and consistency
  • Strong oral, relational, and interpersonal skills
