We are looking for a skilled Senior Curriculum Development Manager to join our team who will be responsible for creating engaging, innovative, and interactive learning experiences for our customers. This role will support the Customer Education & Certification function, will focus on customer-facing deliverables, and is aligned to the Customer Success organization. Who you are: You are a passionate and innovative curriculum developer with a strong foundation in adult learning principles and a proven ability to create engaging, effective learning experiences for technical audiences. You thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, balancing multiple priorities with exceptional organization and attention to detail. You are highly skilled in using a variety of course authoring and multimedia tools, and enjoy consulting and collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful educational solutions. Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead educational product development through all project phases; analysis, design, development, and publication to Seismic University
• Integrate AI tools to rapidly design, develop, and publish engaging course content, materials and learning activities for delivery through multiple delivery modalities
• Create and evolve a digital onboarding curriculum to support customer time to value and implementation timelines ensuring deliverables are completed on time, with high quality and adhere to company standards
• Analyze learner feedback and performance data to inform continuous improvement efforts
• Develop an instructionally engaging curriculum aligned to our customer learning journey at various stages of maturity
• Understand product release impacts to the curriculum in a specific strategic product areas
• Manage subject matter experts and stakeholder relationships to clearly understand the business, target audience, and content needs to create first class educational products
• Use a variety of course authoring tools and multimedia tools, (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia etc.) to develop a range of educational products that are instructionally sound, visually appealing, and that effectively convey content to learners
• Occasional travel for team building and conference support

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in agile, rapid development environments requiring a quick turnaround of deliverables
• Proven history of producing high quality work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing demands simultaneously
• Positive team-focused attitude and work style with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of UX/UI (Samples of interactive modules required)
• Innovative design approach that is not limited by a particular tool or method
• Experience building eLearning content as SCORM or xAPI compliant modules
