Work from Home Requirements

As a Work From Home Customer Care Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, using your own personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet). Your device must meet the following requirements:

  • Windows 10 or later operating system
  • Minimum of 4GB RAM
  • Wired Ethernet LAN connection
  • Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
