Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative for Hughes Enterprise Maintenance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes. You will be responsible for monitoring and closing out maintenance orders, verifying details, and providing exceptional support to our customers. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and close out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders, verifying details and ensuring accuracy

  • Assist technicians with order closeouts and provide support as needed
  • Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on
  • Update information through data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Run reports and update trackers as needed to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist with logistics and system-related issues, providing creative solutions when necessary
  • Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow through, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work independently and research creative solutions
  • Adaptability and ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Schedule

* In-person training at the office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift

  • 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
