Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Remote Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To succeed as an Entry-Level Remote Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will need:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in live chat software and technology, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability to work all days except Sundays, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs

Available Shifts and Compensation

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your needs, including:

  • Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Compensation for this role is $35.00 - $50.00/hour, depending on your experience and performance.
