Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing reporting solutions, and providing actionable insights to internal clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analyze data, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Turn data into actionable information through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
