Job Summary

We are seeking 20 part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our Remote Call Center Operations team for a 3-4 month contract assignment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide exceptional customer experiences

  • Contact shareholders to inform them that the information they received asking them to vote is not accurate
  • Resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* Minimum 6 months of customer service or data entry experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating system
  • Own laptop/computer and headset (equipment not provided)

Schedule and Work Environment

* Schedule: 6pm-11pm EST Monday-Thursday & Saturday 12pm-6pm EST (30 unpaid lunch) = 26 hours without OT

  • Start Dates: 2/8, 2/15, & 2/22
  • Contract position through May (potential for extension)
  • Fully remote position with flexible work arrangements

Pay and Benefits

* Pay range: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour
