About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our remote team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key player in our client-facing operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, while also developing your skills through industry-leading training and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional client care through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and closing deals
  • Conveying product and service information to clients, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Recording important data and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced, organized environment
  • Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to sales and customer service practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • At least two years of experience in customer support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex client issues and find creative solutions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available for those who want to advance their education

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles, including consultative selling and relationship building
