Key Responsibilities

• Present complex analysis and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and risk management solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with technical, scientific, business, and non-technical teams, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling, as well as experience with Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Teradata, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field, such as a Master's or Ph.D.
• Professional certifications, such as FRM, CFA, or CFP
• Experience working in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
