About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent - Cargo Operations at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in our cargo operations team, serving as the face of blithequark to our customers and ensuring that freight is shipped on time, every time, and in a secure manner. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Lift and move cargo, supplies, or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety.

Essential Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.

- A willingness to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cargo handling, warehouse operations, or a related field is highly desirable.
