Key Responsibilities

  • Mastering the Software Product: Learn the intricacies of blithequark's online course platform and provide top-notch support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help Center Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining our help center documentation, ensuring that it's comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible to customers.
  • Product Testing and Feedback: Test the platform, identify issues, and report them to the development team, providing valuable feedback that helps improve the product.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent English: Native-like English proficiency is crucial, as you'll be communicating with customers and creating documentation in English.
  • Familiarity with Software Products and Online Course Platforms: Experience with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms is highly desirable, as it will enable you to understand our product and provide effective support.
  • Basic Understanding of DNS: Knowledge of DNS concepts, including setting up DNS records (CNAME and CAA), is a significant plus, as it will help you troubleshoot issues and provide better support.
