As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with blithequark.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding in your interactions with customers, balancing their needs with the business's bottom line.
  • Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met and that the business is continually improving.
  • Meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers, with a minimum of 70 interactions per shift.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • A consistently stable internet connection, as this is a remote role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and the business.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the industry and trends.
  • Previous experience working with a customer success team.

Compensation and Benefits

blithequark offers a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of USD $15.00 - USD $15.00 per hour. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:
