As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to members who may qualify for case management. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that members receive the care and attention they need, while also representing blithequark's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making a high volume of outbound calls (60+ calls per day) to high and moderate priority members who may qualify for case management.
  • Receiving and managing work assignments through Excel, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Reaching out to 30 new members daily, making three separate outreach attempts at different times and days within the designated timeframe.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding when interacting with members.
  • Utilizing basic software skills, including ERP and CRM systems, to manage customer interactions and update records.
  • Adapting to changing priorities and workflows, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Service Auditor or related certification.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and sales.
  • Previous experience working in a call center environment.

What We Offer

blithequark offers a competitive hourly rate of $24.5 - $25 per hour, depending on experience. The role is scheduled for a first shift, 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday. As a remote worker, you will enjoy the flexibility and convenience of working from home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
