Your Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Resolving high-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment
• Advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
• Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns
• Providing support to policy holders with policy changes and recommendations
• Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6 months of customer service experience
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• 6 months of call center experience (preferred)
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with Teleperformance, you will need:

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12 Mbps
