Bits of Your Job:

• Administer and maintain e-commerce and customer support systems

• Configure and optimize system settings, workflows, and user access

• Implement and manage system integrations and apps

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

• Serve as a point of contact for system-related inquiries and troubleshooting

• Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and integrations

• Perform other system administration tasks as assigned

Requirements

Key Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Self-driven, capable of working independently and as part of a team

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken

Salary: 1000–1500 €/month net (open to discussion based on skills and competencies)
