Are you passionate about high-quality raw ingredients and sourcing the best nature has to offer? Do you have experience in food procurement and want to make a real impact on what people eat every day?

We’re looking for a Sourcing Buyer to join our NPD (New Product Development) team – someone who will take full ownership of building and improving our range of nuts, rice, oils, seeds and other natural ingredients. You won’t just be placing orders – you’ll be shaping our product portfolio and helping us raise the bar in food quality and transparency.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing the best ingredients and suppliers globally and locally – with a focus on natural raw materials like nuts, grains, seeds and oils.

• Negotiating and securing the best conditions while ensuring long-term, sustainable partnerships.

• Ensuring quality & compliance – working closely with our quality team, managing documentation, specs, and resolving any issues that arise.

• Expanding and optimizing our portfolio – helping the team identify gaps and opportunities to bring better products to market.

• Collaborating across departments – including product development, logistics, and marketing – to turn your sourcing wins into products customers love.

What we’re looking for:

• You have 2–3 years of experience in food procurement, sourcing or buying, ideally in the FMCG or food production space.

• You have hands-on experience or strong interest in categories like nuts, rice, oils, dried fruit or seeds.

• You’re a strong negotiator and relationship builder with a strategic mindset.

• You understand supply chains, pricing logic and food compliance standards.

• You’re fluent in English – both written and spoken – and comfortable communicating with international suppliers.
