As a Consultant, you’ll lead discovery and delivery engagements, translating findings into clear roadmaps and guiding clients through automation and change. You’ll run effective workshops, document with precision, and coach stakeholders to adoption. Your work will strengthen reusable frameworks and elevate delivery maturity across Greenlight. 

Accountabilities 

• Facilitate client workshops to drive clarity and alignment. 
• Translate business needs into project plans, automation roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Coach client stakeholders through adoption and change management activities.
• Spot opportunities beyond scope to expand impact
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies that enhance delivery.
• Act as a mentor to Associates, providing feedback and guidance on consulting practices.

Key Deliverables 

• End-to-end project and engagement plan with milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. 
• Automation roadmaps aligned to client goals and priorities. 
• Change management strategies and adoption plans. 
• Reusable frameworks and accelerators for delivery efficiency and standardization.

• Deliver complex engagements independently and with consistent quality.

• Strong consulting experience leading client engagements independently
• Expertise in workshop facilitation, discovery, and stakeholder alignment
• Ability to translate business needs into clear project plans and automation roadmaps
• Skilled in change management and client adoption strategies
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience in identifying value opportunities beyond the defined scope
• Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, or related platforms
• Ability to build reusable frameworks, methodologies, or accelerators
• Strong presence and credibility in client forums
• Mentorship experience with junior consultants or associates
• Strategic advisory and pre-sales contribution skills
