- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure

With this in mind, the Clarksville East clinic is set to expand its footprint from 1450sq ft to 3300sq ft!! This investment will allow our clinicians more clinic space to continue providing top quality care, and also provide our Clarksville community more access to exceptional rehabilitative services!
