About the Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced marketing manager to join our Partner Brand team in Chicago. As a marketing manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and advocacy among our partners. You'll work closely with our creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to bring our brand stories to life and create innovative marketing solutions that inspire and motivate our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and advocacy among our partners
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative marketing solutions that bring our brand stories to life
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including communications, HR, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and maximize impact
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on brand management, campaign development, and team collaboration. You'll also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and campaign development
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and advocacy
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and creativity
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and social media management software
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, communications, and HR teams
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles, with the ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive engagement and advocacy
