Experienced Sales – 3 to 4 Days a week (FULLY REMOTE)

We’re looking for a fully remote sales superstar who is bright, bubbly and LOVES to work with people & pets! You could be part of the Dahlberg Portraits Family! We have an incredible portrait studio in Ames, Iowa, and we are looking to find the right person to join our team. This role has the perfect work life balance. You will work remotely 3 days per week, working with families & pets, and spend time doing what you love the other days of the week! We offer generous pay for 3-4 days a week. Who are we? Dahlberg Portraits is a family owned & operated luxury portrait studio. We have been creating family heirloom portraits for families for well over 15 years. We create authentic portraits that value and strengthen families to give them hope because they deserve our very best. And we have FUN with the process. Our business is renown for what we do and our brand is well established, calendars are fully booked & clients rave about what we do and create for them. We are known as the leader in fine art portraiture and our clients travel from all over to have an experience at our beautiful and established studio on Historic Main Street in Ames, Iowa. Our rapidly growing and fully-booked studio is in need of a driven and confident sales consultant who comes to work dressed for success and is passionate about serving our clients. We are looking for a reliable self-starter with a can-do attitude. Full training is provided to set you up for success. The Role We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Remote Sales Associate to add to our growing team. This role is best suited for someone who can easily build rapport with many types of people and families, someone who loves to be around kids and pets, and also loves working with a creative team! • Short 3-4 day work weeks (all weekdays), plus attend a virtual weekly team meeting
• Aggressive commission schedule - paid bi-weekly
• World-class training (paid)

You can expect to work 18-27 hours over the course of 3-4 days. Each day you will...

• Set and achieve sales goals
• Using our proven sales structure, provide face-to-face assistance to clients and guide them through the decision-making process (may include some phone time).
• Learn and put in practice our portrait education scripts and facts
• Overcome objections using soft techniques that are helpful to the client and add to the client experience.
• Care for and serve our clients with authenticity and integrity
