Logistics Operations Manager
This is a critical leadership role that involves full operational accountability during night hours, overseeing the 24/7 transport and cross-dock operation to ensure seamless execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Depot Management: Run the depot during night shifts (10pm – 7am) from Sunday to Thursday, maintaining efficient operations.
- Transport Execution: Manage all aspects of transportation, including route execution, driver support, and dispatch.
- Cross-Dock Warehouse Function: Lead the cross-dock warehouse function, ensuring smooth goods in/out processes.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate both warehouse and transport teams, fostering a positive work environment.
- Shift Transitions: Own the handover process, guaranteeing seamless transitions between shifts.
- Safety, Service, and Compliance: Drive safety, service, and compliance standards every single night, upholding the highest expectations.
