Now, we’re looking for a Partnership & Business Development Manager to help grow our global ecosystem and lead strategic collaborations with the world’s most forward-thinking institutions.

What you'll do

As our Partnerships & BD Manager, you’ll help INSPIRED scale through partnerships that matter:

• Lead outreach and deals with accelerators, VCs, corporates, and academic institutions
• Build and manage a partner pipeline,  from prospecting to onboarding to impact tracking
• Design and launch co-branded campaigns, innovation challenges, and community activations together with the marketing team
• Develop revenue-generating collaborations, sponsorships, and monetization opportunities
• Identify platform integrations and distribution partnerships that expand INSPIRED’s reach
• Recruit purpose-aligned LinkedIn ambassadors and supporters
• Represent INSPIRED at flagship innovation and impact events globally (e.g., Web Summit, CES, Slush)
• Work cross-functionally to ensure partners contribute to and benefit from platform growth

Who you are

• 4+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem development,ideally in innovation, VC, tech-for-good, or social impact
• A connector with existing networks in startup programs, accelerators, venture, or innovation spaces
• Strategic thinker with a builder mindset and excellent communication skills
• Motivated by impact, deeply aligned with our mission of scaling real-world solutions
