I have a primary account which contains several brand account YT channels. A few months ago I transferred primary ownership of one of these channels to someone else. About a month ago, this person was no longer able to take care of the channel, and after much difficulty was finally able to transfer primary ownership back to me.
Unfortunately, even though the channel shows up as one of my brand accounts, and I am listed as primary owner, I cannot access YT studio for the channel. I also cannot switch accounts to it. In other words, I can’t do anything with this channel now.
AI is telling me that the channel may be “orphaned” or disconnected. It says I should contact YT Creator Support directly and ask them to re-link the Brand Account to its channel if possible.
If you can restore my access to YouTube studio for this channel, I will pay you $20.
