The Sr. Director Corporate Strategy will develop and articulate a strategic blueprint for Seagate's long-term vision, growth priorities, and investment framework. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to maintain Seagate's leadership in the data storage industry.

Requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including industry analysts, investment banking, and technology partners, to gather insights and validate strategic assumptions.
• Lead the company's strategic planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment across technology teams, business units, manufacturing, and corporate development.
• Drive the integration of strategic priorities into operational plans and support the development and tracking of objectives and key results.
• Conduct market research and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Assist the corporate development team with financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for investment opportunities and partnerships.
• Foster a high-performing team culture by managing, mentoring, and recruiting top talent.
