GTM Recruiter
ElevenLabs is a research and product company defining the frontier of Audio AI. This role is remote and can be executed globally, with a preference for candidates based in Eastern or Pacific Time. The GTM Recruiter will lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various departments to meet organizational needs.
Requirements
- Proven track record hiring for GTM talent e.g. Account Executives, Customer Success, and Sales Development Representatives.
- Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting with a strong background in sourcing (ability to identify target niche skill sets) and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques: proficient using a variety of sourcing tools including: LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Boolean techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and a getting-things-done mindset.
- Enthusiasm for AI and AI usage
